Worked well even though it was mounted on the outside of my Otterbox protective case. My wireless chargers worked right through the Carmount wireless plate and the Otterbox case. The magnetism of the wireless plate is functional, though not as secure as the Carmount metal plate.

Great idea for those using a wireless charger. I placed mine on the outside of the case. Only drawback is that it is not as strong as the metal plate. The phone shifts with the road bounce but so far I'm satisfied for it's intentions.
