Depending on the stock situation, we ship from either the US, Europe or Asia.

  • When shipped from our US warehouse, delivery takes between 1 – 5 business days.
  • If fulfilled from Europe or further overseas, the delivery time is usually between 7 – 12 business days.

In some cases it might take slightly longer.

US delivery guarantee — your package will be replaced for free if 30 days has passed and you still haven’t received your package.

If you’ve received a tracking number, it means your order has been handed over to the shipping carrier.

Shipping Label Created — the first tracking update still needs a few more business days to be displayed.

You can expect to start seeing tracking updates within 1-4 business days.

Most orders are shipped out with USPS or USPS shipping partner 4PX. They update tracking only when reaching bigger destination points.

A single tracking delay of up to 7 business days is normal. There is usually 1 longer delay between the updates.

This does not speed up the actual shipping time once the order has been handed over to the shipping company.
