  • Find your Order ID in the order confirmation email.
  • If you can’t find the email, search for “carmount.com” in your inbox. Also, check your spam and promotions folders.
  • Check common delivery spots where your courier usually leaves packages.
  • Ask family members if they have seen it.
  • Sometimes, the tracking status updates as “Delivered” but the package arrives the next business day.
  • If you still cannot find it, check at your local post office. They might have held the package for you to pick up.
  • If the package remains missing, contact us here.
  • If you need to change your shipping address, please contact us within 12 hours of placing your order.
  • If the order has not been shipped, we will update the shipping address for you at no additional cost.
  • If the order has already been shipped, we are unable to change the shipping address. Please ensure your shipping address is correct when placing the order.
  • If you realize the address is incorrect after the order has shipped, you can contact the carrier directly to see if they can reroute your package. Any additional costs incurred from rerouting will be the responsibility of the customer.
  • You can request changes to your order within 12 hours of placing it. This includes modifications to items or quantities.

  • After 12 hours, or if the order has already been processed, changes cannot be made.

If your credit card payment failed at checkout, choose PayPal as the payment option and pay via credit card. You don’t need to have a PayPal account.

  • We accept cancellation requests within the first 12 hours of placing the order.
  • If we fail to read and process your cancellation request within the 12-hour window due to our error, we will apply any changes at our cost.

  • Our products have a 30-day replacement and return policy upon receipt of the product. Returns must be notified in writing. You can contact us here.
  • The returned product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received. The cost of the return is paid by the customer.

  • Include pictures of the product and the box, ensuring the damage is visible.
  • Provide your order number in the email.
  • If the item is deemed faulty, we will send you a free replacement. You do not need to return the faulty product.
