   I got the MagSafe case and the MagSafe carmount and am extremely pleased. I found you guys on Facebook and first tried you out with the slim oval design, and have been a loyal customer for two years now. I recommend your products to everyone I know.

   The Magsafe case is great. Charging is simple and it fits easily on the apple 14 iPhone and looks great.

   I first purchased the CarMount Magnetic and loved how well it worked. The only thing I did not care for was having to remove my case each night to charge my phone on my wireless charger. With the advent of the MagSafe case I was able to put the metal plate in a position allowed me to charge as I wanted but it is low on the back and the phone rotated down. Not a deal breaker but you can’t view your phone horizontally.
   
   The MagSafe case is nice. I have returned one with power button coming off and getting lost. Customer service was great about immediately sending a replacement. Thank you. The second one has done the same thing and I have not asked for a replacement as I see the flaw in the design. These buttons are pressed fit into the case and not adhered.
   I hope that this flaw is addressed and that your team will work on a design that incorporates a wireless carmount that is magnetic. I am not sure I want the the vent mount. I truly appreciate the dash mount design.
