How fast is the shipping

Most of our orders are delivered in about 5-15 business days to the United States, but as you know, there are a ton of variables that can affect shipping times.

Where can i track my order

You can find your Order ID in the order confirmation email.

Go to your e-mail inbox and search for a phrase “carmount.com”. If you can’t find it inbox, please also check your spam and promotions folder.

My order shows delivered but i can't find it

The final delivery is done by the USPS. Check any regular places where the courier usually leaves your packages. 

If you cannot find it, please ask your family members.

Sometimes, the tracking updates as “Delivered” but the actual package arrives in the next business day.

If you canot find it the next day, check at your local post office. They often keep the deliveries there and you have to manually pick it up.

I haven't received my order

If 20 business days have passed and you haven’t received your order please contact us.

I need to change something in my order

We can make changes to your order within the first 12 hours if the order has not been sent out yet.

I want to cancel my order

We accept cancellation requests that are sent to us within the first 12 hours of the order being placed, if the order has not been sent yet.

I want to return my order

The products have a 30-day replacement and return right upon receipt of the product. Returns must be notified in writing. You can contact us here.

The returned product must be unused, in its original packaging and in the same conditions as received. The cost of the return is paid by the customer.

My product arrived with a defect, what should I do?

We are happy to replace your product, please refer to our refund & replacement policy.

My payment failed

If you failed to pay via credit card in the checkout, choose PayPal as the payment option and pay via credit card. You don’t need to have a PayPal account.
