When installing the metal plate inside your case, be sure to test if the hold is strong enough. If the case is too thick, then the plate needs to be placed on the outside.
Our mount is strong enough to hold any smartphone. Two mounts is recommended to hold a tablet.
No, the MagSafe function in iPhone models 12 and up is not strong enough to securely hold the phone in different road conditions.

If placed in the middle, the plate will block wireless charging.
The following solution is for wireless charging users: Install the plate to the very bottom of the phone, horizontally. Then it won’t interfere with the wireless charging receiver positioned in the middle of the phone.

If you want to remove the plate from your phone or case, try to get something underneath the metal plate (for ex. an old credit card) and get one side loose, then slowly pull it off.

This mount is incredible and works beautifully. Took just over two weeks to get mine, which isn't a huge deal. But now that its here, I can't believe how well it works. Phone doesn't move at all when driving at high speeds or on bumpy roads. I have the magnet on the inside of my case too and it still works perfectly. Highly recommend to anyone.
