The air vent holder works with all horizontal vent holders.

The Suction Cup Holder works on all dashboards and windshields. This is an optional add-on to the X1 Wireless Mount that already comes with an air vent holder. You can add the Suction Cup Holder in checkout.

The X1 Wireless Mount works perfectly with MagSafe phone cases.

X1 Wireless Mount connects seamlessly with iPhone’s MagSafe system.

X1 Wireless Mount works perfectly with any phone that allows wireless charging.

P.S. For phone models other than iPhone you would need to install a MagSafe sticker on the back of your phone.

Each Wireless Mount 2.0 set comes with 2 MagSafe Stickers + installation kit.

In reality smartphones also have magnets in them.

    I’ve used Carmount products before, the cm 1.0 and 2.0. I’ll say the included mount that this one comes with is pretty flimsy feeling compared to the other mounts they offer. The base is a little too thin and wide to be as stable with vibrations as their other products. I don’t have a problem with the mount coming off though. The 3m adhesive works very well. Overall a solid product. Just nitpicking. I also bought the same mount mistakenly because I thought this one didn’t come with a dash mount. Just FYI it comes with the vent clip and the adhesive mount.

    The mount is amazing and keeps phone very secure. Plugging in the provided cord directly into my pickup USB jack does not provide enough power to charge my phone. I had to plug into a high output 12v adapter for it to charge my phone. Not a rapid charger by any means so if you are looking for a rapid charger this is not it. But to have a mount that you can just basically throw your phone onto and hold it securely I am able to look past the charging speed.

    Great mount! I first tried the direct 3M mounting option but that didn't work due to the location, so I went with the vent mount which works much better. My only suggestion is if you can have the option of ONLY ordering one of the mounting options and take off some on the price. I know now that I would only order the vent mount for my other 2 cars.

    I must completely agree with the review by Noel, who pointed out that the product "is amazing, IF you have horizontal vents &/or don't mind mounting on your dash or windshield AND you either have no case on your phone or have a magsafe case attached." I couldn't have said it better myself. My wife uses this mount very effectively. However, I have a battery case, which I find necessary to keep the phone from going dead in less than half a day, so I would need a Magsafe ring to use this mount. Unfortunately, the package did not come with a ring, and buying one now would include the cost of the accessory AND shipping, as I would not meet the free shipping minimum.
