    I purchased 2 units with an extra pack of plates. After a period of a few days, the plates came off my phone with the magnet. So I replaced the plates. The same thing happened. I sent an email with my concerns to you the company, and without any commotion, you sent me a new pack of plates. These looked to be a newer plate. To this day I have not had ANY plates come off. Excellent customer service care.

    I like it, I just hope you can make one that can be mounted on top of the dash at a 90 degree because my Town and Country doesn't have a flat spot on the face of the dash. It was installed to the left of the audio where the audio bezel and the dash bezel meet. Having a S21, the metal plate had to go on the lower part so my wireless charger can work.

    Maybe a metal circle ring on the back of the phone where the charger will work might be a future option. I actually do like it and I got rid of the stupid cup holders that take up so much room.
