First off, this product IS AWESOME. I bought 2, one as a gift, and one for myself. I installed it in my truck and I love it. Exactly what I was looking for. Did not want a clunky air vent holder. I purchased the 2.0 on Dec 5th 2023. I got an email saying it shipped Dec 6th 2023. Website said shipping 5 to 7 days, 8 to 12 days in some cases. I recieved my mount yesterday Jan 5th 2024. I bought the mount as a Christmas gift. Obviously that didn't work out. Great product, but if you order the 2.0 mount, just a heads up, it took 30 days for me to recieve it. I would have ordered a different mount had I known it would have taken this long. Once again, GREAT product, bad shipping and customer service. CS was bad because I kept getting emails with excuses. Not one apology. Would have been a 5 star review had someone reached out to apologize or try to make this right. Once again, great product and not cheaply made.
